International Women's Day: Investing in Our Future

  • 1819 Innovation Hub 2900 Reading Road Cincinnati, OH, 45206 United States (map)

Join Learning Through Art, Inc. as Microsoft and UC's 1819 Innovation Hub host Investing in Our Future through Tech & Upskilling on International Women’s Day - Friday, March 7, 2025

LTA CEO & Co-Founder Kathy Wade will be taking the stage during Microsoft & UC’s IWD event.

By investing in ourselves and our community, we create equal rights, power, and opportunities for everyone, paving the way where no one is excluded.

From our hosts:
While we've made significant progress, our work is not done. Now, we must take action to create power and opportunities for everyone, ensuring a future where no one is overlooked. Let's come together on a full-day of topics for Investing in Our Future with enablement, empowerment, and elevation as complimentary to the UN themes for the month of March. Together look through lenses of democratizing technology and leveraging upskilling as a means of investing in ourselves, others, and our broader community.

Both a Panelist & representative for tech-hands-on non-profit cause for this event, Kathy Wade put it like this:

“As a University of Cincinnati Alumna, local entrepreneur, and long-standing investor in democratizing access for learning through Arts & Technology, I can personally represent more than three decades in first-hand importance of grassroots cross-community collaboration to benefit all on a local, national, and international scale. It starts and continues right here. By fostering a community of support and education, this event, Investing in Our Future, seeks to bridge the digital divide, promote economic success, and provide a platform where people can gain the skills necessary to thrive in today’s workforce. Everyone wins because investing in others creates the opportunities to continue growing & investing in yourself.”

Please join us for the Networking Breakfast, and during the panel discussion after.
