Tenth Year of Macy’s Kids, Cultures, Critters & Crafts Festival®! Features “Pay It Forward” Campaign
Say Thanks for Ten Years of $1 Day at the Zoo & Support LTA Childhood Literacy Programs via Read to Me
If you or anyone you know has ever attended the Macy’s Kids, Cultures, Critters & Crafts Festival at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden over the past ten years, then you’re already aware of the amazing mosaic of beautiful culture that Learning Through Art, Inc. promotes. Donned “$1 Day” at the Cincinnati Zoo, the Macy’s KCCC Festival draws guests from all over the country for its educational opportunities delivered through entertainment for just $1 at one of the top zoos in the country. But did you know that LTA also produces one of the most recognized literacy and arts programs in the country?
On Wednesday, July 22, one of the region’s favorite summer festivals celebrates its tenth year with a goal to “Pay It Forward.” LTA’s Macy’s Kids, Cultures, Critters & Crafts Festival returns to the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden from 10 am (early entry at 9 for season pass holders), with an unique opportunity to help support early childhood literacy. Featuring a lineup of mainstays coupled with brand new acts highlighting cultural dance and music, the event features $1 admission and an opportunity to “Pay It Forward.” Say thanks to LTA for ten years of $1 admission to the Zoo with a voluntary donation to the organization’s “Read To Me!” campaign by visiting www.gofundme.com/readtomeplease, or join us at the Zoo on July 22 and contribute on-site.
